For Distributors

General Information

The Partners Program’s Participants are distributors of Rumex surgical instruments.
The Partners Program’s goal is to make the process of order purchasing easier and more convenient for distributors.
The Distributor can accept orders from his/ her clients through our shop.
The Distributor becomes à “host” of the shop at rumex.net for his/ her clients.

The Distributor gets his/her account and advanced facilities:
  • The Distributor gets an e-mail informing about the orders made by his/ her clients at our shop at retail price.
  • The Distributor sends orders to rumex.net on behalf of his/ her own name with the discount under the Partners’ contract.
  • The Distributor can send to rumex.net the delivery orders combined of several orders purchased by his/ her client to save delivery expenses. The discount is presupposed by the contract terms.
  • The Distributor can edit orders: add, delete some products (e. g. in cases if the distributor’s stock has some of the instruments demanded by the client he/ she demands fewer products at rumex.net).
  • The Distributor can create and edit the clients’ accounts (login & password) in our shop.
  • The Distributor can look through the clients’ order history.
Besides the Distributor can act as a customer:
  • The Distributor can order instruments on behalf of his/ her own name (e. g. if the client doesn’t have an access to the Internet).
  • The Distributor can look through his own order history at rumex.net.
  • For the Distributor as a client the process of order purchasing is that of the clients except the information about the cost & delivery expenses. The distributor gets an e-mail from rumex shop advising of the order purchased under his/ her name. It specifies the list & quantity of the items, address data.
Step by Step Guide
  1. The Distributor’s client purchases an order in the shop (the list & quantity of the items, address data).
  2. The shop sends an e-mail to the client advising that the order is accepted.
  3. The shop sends an e-mail to the distributor advising that the order addressed to his/ her name is accepted. The letter contains the range of the products and the reference to the shop.
  4. The Distributor is to choose:
    • To confirm the order as it is or to edit the order first and then confirm it (click the reference in the letter and then on page with the loaded cart go on registering the way you got used to).
    • To combine the orders of several clients to one and then confirm (the Distributor should click the reference in each letter and then go on registering the way you got used to)
  5. For the purpose of saving on delivery expenses the distributor can combine the orders of several clients into one (at once or later).
  6. After the order has been confirmed the Distributor gets an e-mail advising that the order is accepted.

Participation Conditions

  1. To entry the Partners’ Program you should be Rumex distributor.
  2. The Partners’ Program Participant must sell the products at the price set by Rumex International Co.
  3. The Distributor and his/ her clients don’t participate in any special Rumex programs other than the Partners’ Program.

The Partners’ Program core

The Distributor doesn’t have to purchase his/ her clients’ orders any more. This function will be accomplished by the ultimate buyers. Our shop will send a letter advising the Distributor of the clients’ orders and proposing the next steps.

The Distributor creates the passwords for his/ her clients in our shop, the clients purchase the orders and the Distributor gets a letter advising of these orders at his/ her mail box. Then the Distributor can either accept the orders or edit them (if there are not enough instruments in stock) or cancel the orders. The Distributor can also combine several orders into one.

The Partners’ Program lets the ultimate buyers choose instruments in our catalog and make orders under the name of their Distributor.

  • How can I become the Partners’ Program participant?
    • For Present Rumex Distributors

      Steps:
      1. Enter the shop under your password
      2. In «My clients» you create passwords for your clients
      3. Tell your clients our shop address and their passwords
      4. You get letters advising about all the orders purchased by your clients in the shop
      5. You confirm the delivery of orders

    • For Future Rumex Distributors

      You send a letter to partner@rumex.net advising that you would like to be Rumex instruments distributor. Then see the steps above for Present Rumex Distributors.

  • How can I make a password to the shop access for my client?

    You can do it at our site: My account -> My clients -> add new. If you face some difficulties please send us a letter to partner@rumex.net mentioning your client’s name, we will create the password and send it back to you.

  • How can I look through my clients’ order history

    You got an e-mail advising about the order purchased by your client in our shop and the order specification. Besides the order history is available at our site: my account ->my clients->view orders

  • What’s the difference between my orders in the shop & the orders of my clients?

    You sell instruments to your clients at the retail price set by Rumex Company. Rumex sells you instruments with a discount mentioned in the Partners’ contract.
    Your clients’ orders come to your e-mail; your orders come to our managers’.
    You can combine several orders of your clients into one to save on delivery expenses.
    Your orders are processed by our managers; your clients’ orders are processed by you.
