All Rumex titanium instruments are guaranteed for life and stainless steel instruments for one year against manufacturing and material defects, if they are properly taken care of in accordance with recommended procedure. In the event you find any defects in your Rumex instruments, we will replace or repair them free of charge.
If the desired quantity exceeds quantity in stock, we can backorder your items in compliance with our terms of delivery — 4–8 weeks.

Return Policy
Merchandise should be carefully packaged, insured and shipped prepaid to the U. S. A. office (or your local office internationally) together with a copy of your original invoice, stating your Name, Address and Contact Numbers. Please, enclose a brief explanation of the reason for return.
Credit policy
Any instruments may be returned within 30 days with no restocking charge, provided that the instrument is in its original undamaged condition.
Any instrument returned within 30–60 days after shipment is subject to a 10% restocking charge. No refunds are possible. You will receive a company credit towards future purchases only.
No returns accepted after 60 days.
Damaged instruments are subject to a repair charge.
No credit will be issued for:
Sterile and disposable products;
Instruments damaged beyond repair.

Diamond Knife Repair
Any size and any style knife — we will repair any brand or style, usually within 24 hours. Old handles are refurbished when blades are repaired.
Diamond Exchange Program
Moving to a smaller incision? Our Diamond Exchange Program allows you to upgrade or change blade designs as your incision needs change. We will replace any older blade in your diamond knife with a new state-of-the-art Clear Cornea, Simplicity dimple down, or Phaco blade for the price of a repair.
Instrument Repair
We have the capability to repair any hand held surgical instrument
Forceps — Straightening, aligning, and remanufacturing of teeth;
Scissors — Sharpening and refurbishing;
Hooks & Manipulators;
Needle Holders;
Speculums.
Instrument Trial Policy
All reusable instruments are available for a
15-day evaluation period. To try an instrument, contact our customer service department or fill out the 15-day Instrument Trial Form located on the
Forms page. Once the form is filled out, it should be faxed back to Rumex and your instruments will be shipped immediately upon availability. After evaluating the item(s), either keep the item(s) and pay the invoice mailed with the instrument(s) or simply call our customer service department and ask for a Return Authorization number to receive full credit for the item(s). When returning an item, please refer to the Return Policy.

Diamond Knife Trial Policy
A selection of diamond knives is available for a 7-day evaluation period. To trial a diamond knife, contact our customer service department or fill out the Diamond Knife Trial Form located on the
Forms page. Once the form is filled out, fax the form back to Rumex and your trial will be shipped out immediately upon availability.
After evaluating the diamond knife, please return it to Rumex within 7-days to «Attention to Diamond Knife Trial». When returning the diamond knife, please ship it Federal Express, UPS, or Registered Mail and insure the package. If you wish to purchase the diamond knife, please contact our customer service department.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground in the USA or Air Service internationally, if no other carrier is indicated at the time the order is placed. For orders with one or more backordered items, you may choose a partial shipment with backordered items following when they become available, or request a complete shipment only.
